We have purchased at least four vehicles with Tim over the years and continue to come back to him. He gets 5 stars. The lower rating for the dealership is because an incident where someone in the service department was not helpful or knowledgeable regarding issues with our vehicles not recognizing the fob. Another frustration was when my son tried to deal with a salesman regarding a possible trade in and purchase. I don't know with whom he dealt, but they gave him misinformation regarding credit/loan details in what appeared to be an effort to get him to go through the dealership for financing. I also believe he was quoted a below market value on his possible trade and a high price on the truck he was interested in purchasing. I realize the dealership needs to make money on the trade, but it seemed as if someone saw a "young kid" and tried to take advantage. He had better luck on his own.
