****THIS TOP IS AN UPDATE****** I’m leaving part of the first post, because I want you to see what great lengths they went to help me, they went above and beyond, the prior feedback is below the updates. Yesterday I had a response to my post, it was positive to being with, never negative. I was contacted by the owner Todd. I’d always hoped to purchase here to begin with, just what I was needing wasn’t available to be on the lot (they had a ton I loved, just out of my price range). I was budgeting while needing something with a warranty. Within a couple hours of going over my needs, he found my car, and in the color I wanted! They drove it up to me from Kansas City this afternoon. He beat a competitor price, was on point from the beginning with none of those back and forth issues you find at the big dealerships. The process took little time, they respected my wishes of wanting to finance through my personal bank. The service was excellent. It’s a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Todd was even on site and I met him. You could not ask for better service. PRIOR : The staff are very nice and welcoming. I’d been in several times, but I wasn’t able to purchase from them because of my budget. The process itself took some time, I at the time fell through the cracks and was forgotten about, until a week or so later when I contacted them. ( Note: This ended up just being bc a former employee hadn’t passed along deals that was in the works etc., so thankfully I connected them again. So if you may have not heard back, definitely call then because they do care. If the vehicle maximum amount you want to spend, and/or payment range is out of your range, don’t give up, because they will help you. If you can afford what is presently or immediately available, don’t shop around, work with them, because I guarantee you, this is your place. Keep it local, we need this dealer to remain in the community. And don’t be afraid to reach out, they listen to you and will help no matter what you can spend, I found this out. The owner isn’t someone who wants to be hidden and just make money. I experienced that he does care, regardless if you spend $10k-$70+k. The entire dealership is there to help. I highly recommend Tri-State.

If you have not been here lately you should check it our again. There is a new manager there named Charlie that will make sure you get the easy going great customer service that you deserve and that most big dealerships just don't bother with anymore. Great deals and a great staff!

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Tri State in Maryville, MO! Ragen Barlow helped me find my JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED SPORT 4X4 SPORT UTILITY 4-DOOR! Ragen helped find the specific features I wanted for in my jeep and within a couple hours, I had multiple jeeps to pick from. Always willing to help, answer any questions I had and full of knowledge! Great experience !!!
